After Google Searching masquerade masks and finding many that were super cheap (too cheap) from China, I finally found... this Mask Shop Australia website. I called the phone number to make sure it was actually an Australian store (I have been tricked before with online shopping). Antoinette answered the phone promptly and reassured me the masks were shipped from her store and would arrive within a few days. But further to that she asked me what the masks were for, what I was wearing and directed me to better suited, better fitting, better quality masks on her website, really helpful advice. After speaking to Antoinette in relation to delivery as I was in rural area, she assured me my order would still be... delivered overnight. I ordered my mask and it was mailed 25 February and it arrived 7am 26 February. This level of service is pretty rare in Australia these days and Antoinette was a delight to deal with. Very happy with the masks.

I have recently found out about this online store which is the Venetian Fantasy mask and was very impressed with the... genuine well designed jewellery pieces of Murano glasses. Antoinette is so professional and provides such satisfactorily services to customers.. It's worth a virtual visit to lead finding fine Murano glass. Amazing Service! I actually made an error with my order (doubled up a purchase) and Antionette called me firstly to say... one order wouldn’t look good and secondly she’d refund that order for me.
