A real Men’s Venetian Masquerade Mask, made in Venice Italy for the Carnival of Venice. The typical Italian decoration of half black, half silver is favored in Venice so that it looks like it was bought in Venice.
The piece is embellished with Silver Leaf that has an antique finish so that it looks old.
Hand applied 3 dimensional scrolls form a frame of Silver Leaf around the eye area. Set into the mask are two fragments of paper that picture the ancient city of Venice. Only real Italian made masks have this feature.
Secured with ribbon ties. Men who wear glasses can add a stick. All but the very largest of men will find this a perfect fit.
A range of large men’s masks are also available with the Italianate furrowed brow. This Venetian Mask will fit all but the very largest of men really well. Being Italian, it contours the face well and is comfortable.
