After Google Searching masquerade masks and finding many... that were super cheap (too cheap) from China, I finally found this Mask Shop Australia website. I called the phone number to make sure it was actually an Australian store (I have been tricked before with online shopping). Antoinette answered the phone promptly and reassured me the masks were shipped from her store and would arrive within a few days. But further to that she asked me what the masks were for, what I was wearing and directed me to better suited, better fitting, better quality masks on her website, really helpful advice. I ordered my mask and it was mailed 25 February and it arrived 7am 26 February. This level of service is pretty rare in Australia these days and Antoinette was a delight to deal with.
